This weekly remote meditation series helps create a balanced and peaceful state of mind, no matter what is going on in the world.

Robyn guides and supports you in a small group through weekly opportunities to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while you disconnect from distraction and "busy-ness". 

You will learn practical skills and effective strategies for supporting your peace of mind well beyond the program.

Live Zoom — Weekly 1 hour Sessions
Group meditation classes are held live and techniques are simple to follow. Sessions allow employees to learn and engage with one another and ask questions. The employees are encouraged to review and practice the meditations daily for optimum results. Meditations are recorded and sent out to each participant weekly.

Customized materials including handouts, journal exercises, community support, and Q&A.
