My Story:
 

After an incredible series of losses and births in my early 30’s, I was struggling both physically and emotionally. I was also searching spiritually as I could not grasp what had happened in my life. I knew I needed to heal to support my three kids and myself, and mainstream medicine would not be the path to get me there. 
 

I developed a practice of yoga, meditation, clean eating, connecting in nature and using herbs and essential oils. Holistic health awakened a joy within me and I decided to train in a variety of plant medicines and energy modalities and to bring these practices to my clients.

I realized early on one of my gifts is holding space for others to feel safe. When they are in this relaxed safe space, they would allow the healing energy to flow through their bodies. It was truly an amazing experience for me and for them.

Eventually, I built and ran a wellness centre called Full Bloom Farm in Langley BC with lavender fields and herbal gardens. Here I created a powerful sacred space where people would come to quiet themselves in a serene setting and connect deeply to themselves.

After nine years of running the centre, I was faced once again with having to let go and surrender to the unknown. With this new shift, I allowed myself to explore ME. I spent a few years travelling, studying and learning from gurus and shamans.  I called my journey "My Grand Adventure: My Love Affair With Myself.”
